Here’s a tip to help with your confidence level when you’re not really feeling it…simply, act it. That’s right, research says that if you can fake it, act confidently, for even just a few minutes, your brain will quickly catch up with your behavior and you’ll begin to FEEL confident.

So, next time you need a confidence boost, observe someone who seems self-assured, do what he or she is doing…act it and you’ll begin to feel it. It works!
