Mary’s Challenge For March, And Girl’s Night Out

My March Challenge….Commit to 10-min of fitness a day! If you’re not involved in a regular fitness program, this challenge is for you. 10 min a day is all you need to start….you will feel better physically and mentally. This small amount of time can make a big difference…really! Whether it’s running in place, walking, sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks…commit to 10 minutes!!

March Girl’s Night!
Join me on Wed, March 31, 6pm at Torrington Country Club! My guest speaker is CT Superior Court Judge Charles Gill who will share his “View from the Bench…it is getting better, or worse?”
Judge Gill is a nationally renowned trial judge who has been honored by Presidents of both political parties at the White House.
